* TIMING...THE WORST CONDITIONS WILL BE DURING WEDNESDAY

* IMPACTS...THE FIRST HOT AND HUMID SPELL OF THE METEOROLOGICAL

SUMMER WILL BE STRESSFUL, ESPECIALLY FOR THE ELDERLY AND VERY
YOUNG. IT COULD ALSO HAVE EFFECTS ON ANYONE ENGAGED IN STRENUOUS
